A very attractive rug and just
what I wanted. I benefited
from previous reviews where I
was told that the rug was
actually more of a sage green
- even a bit of brown - than
the picture showed. That was
exactly what I wanted! The
picture makes it look very
light yellow-green.

Beautiful rug, however the
beige background has a green
undertone to it, so it is not
as neutral beige as it appears
in the picture. I had to send
it back due to this, and 100%
satisfaction does not include
return shipping! It cost me
$.. to return it plus multiple
phone calls to customer service.

pleased with the all colors in

LOVE the rug but the shopping experience left a bit to be desired. Communication was severely lacking. I kept having to contact them to find out where my order was. Proactive communication, particularly when an item goes on back order and does finally ship would have made this a GREAT transaction instead of just an OK one.
