Very soft and thick feeling under feet. Only thing is the color is more brown rather than dark chocolate .Also the cream part is not as bright and looks like a beige. Otherwise the embossed zebra design is very high style and is exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully it will not shag but it seems to be a really good quality rug.
