I was pleasantly surprised
when I received th rug, the
colors, tones of beige, pink
and browns go very well with
my table, however, I though I
was getting an oval rug but,
it is a rectangle shape. Does
not matter, I like it very much.

Frankly, this is NOT a rug. It
is more accurately, a mat.
Although the coloration is far
more attractive than it
appears on a computer monitor,
it is quite rough in texture
and feels like an outdoor mat.
It's very rustic and would
possibly be more appropriate
for a very masculine room or a
cabin in the woods. It does
not at all inspire barefoot
comfort. The sandy hues are
neutral and natural and might
appeal to those looking for
something Steampunk-ish.
Despite the fact that it is
very thin, the cost of
shipping it back is
prohibitive so be sure you
want something this "raw"
feeling before you buy.

I love rag rugs, but not
multi-colored ones. This one
is elegant in its simplicity
and lays flat and is much
better than I anticipated.
Only problem is that jute has
a smell. It took 2 full days
for the smell to dissipate.

I was a little dissapointed
with the color. The picture
looks as if there are traces
of green and pink, but the
actual rug is shades of tan.
It matches my floor, so I am
keeping it.

Beautiful rug, thick and soft.
I figured jute would be rough
but it's really not. I got
the 6' round rug and put it
under my kitchen table. The
whole family loves it! My dog
loves to lay on it. I was
pleasantly surprised that the
color is actually a darker
beige, and all one even color
throughout (not uneven as
shown in the picture). The
picture does this beautiful
rug no justice at all. Highly
recommend it!

The rug came today and I was
surprised that it came in a
rectangle 5'x8'.and not oval.
Actually that turned out
better for me because I placed
it under our rectangle kitchen
table. The rug is more
beautiful and colorful than
the picture. Our kitchen
walls are a soft yellow and
our cabinets are almond. We
are very satisfied with it.
However, if one really wants
an oval rug, I would double
check on it before it is shipped.

Loved this rug, I have it over
my hardwood floors in my
living room. I have a few
other braided jute rugs from
World Market as well and this
one was seems a little higher
quality, sheds less and is
softer. Overall color is as
depicted in the photos, with
very slight lighter-darker
variations throughout giving
it some dimension.
