This was my second purchase from Rugs USA. Both times I have been very pleased with the quick service and the products I?ve bought. I?m impressed with the jute rug. It?s thick, sturdy and is soft on the bare feet. If it holds up well I?m considering purchasing a larger one for an adjoining room. For the money it?s an excellent value and it looks nice against my medium oak stained floors.

I bought 2 of these rugs, and I love them! They are really thick and look great in any room. I've received lots of compliments on them, and I would definitely buy them again. They do shed a little, but I love how natural they look and how well they hide dirt and dog hair. They were exactly what I had been looking for for months!!

We're very happy with our purchase so far. Our townhouse has a 50% coverage rule for floors since we have a unit below us, and we hated to cover up our hardwoods, but this looks amazing and actually makes the room look bigger than the carpet we previously had in the living room (a multi-colored braided rug). We've only had it down for a week or two, but I think it will work great with our kids in the case of spills etc. - I was worried it wouldn't hide the accidents kids inevitably have with food or tracking in mud etc., but there is enough variation in the jute fibers to do that pretty well. We have two small kids & they love the bumpy texture, although it's not quite flat enough for stacking blocks or running small toy cars over - big ones work fine. We just put a tray down on it for blocks, and the cars tend to "ride" along the perimeter. It feels like a mini-foot massage to my husband and I. We purchased a smaller shag rug to layer on top of this diagonally and that smooths an area out enough for blocks also, and again, the kids love the textures, and it really adds a nice finished feeling to the room. The rug fibers can stick onto you but chances are you won't be rolling around on it when you're dressed in your best - and it's easy enough to brush off for what does stick onto you from any floor time with the kids. I haven't seen it all over the house or anything like that either. We're very happy with this purchase. I wouldn't recommend it for a kitchen or dining room however because I think with the large/bumpy weave it would troublesome to clean out on a regular basis for little pieces of food (i.e., whatever our toddler decides to throw off of the high chair tray), and we have an island on wheels that wouldn't roll well on it either. It's also quite thick and likely won't fit under a door if you need to have it where a door will open onto it.

I just received this rug, and I love it! I have been looking for a thick natural rug for months, and I have finally found what I was looking for. There were a few spots that were unraveled, but it looks very natural. I am very pleased with such a great product at a reasonable price. I'm thinking about ordering more!

This is a really pretty natural rug, and you can't beat the price (I even considered buying a backup in case something spills on this one). I wanted something that would be durable, and we could live with without stressing out about keeping it in pristine condition. It does shed a little, but I expected that with this material. All in all, I am really pleased with the rug and would buy it again.

I am so happy with this rug. I love the jute and the color. The texture looks incredible on dark hardwood floors. This rug is neutral and would look nice with any decor. I couldn't be more pleased and will order all my rugs from Rugs USA in the future.

Very happy with my jute rug purchase. The rug arrived in only 3 days and it was well packaged and easy to lay down. The quality is the same that you would find in stores like Pottery Barn but at a fraction of the price. The weave is very chunky and it feels very solid. I think it's a great rug for less formal rooms or a summer house.

I like the look of it but it is of poor quality and should be made better, I am a little disappointed but I still would order from Rugs USA given the great prices. I hope my next rug is better.
