This electronic label was a
great idea!
I returned a 5'x8' rug for the
same design, but in a 8'x10' size.
When the UPS driver showed up
to deliver the larger rug, he
accepted the smaller rug,
saving me a trip to town to
send back the return.
Probably was a little cheaper too.
I would have given this
electronic label purchase a 5
rating, but it did take
numerous calls to finally get
the label e-mailed to me.

This is a great service offered. The shipping rate is definitely cheaper than what you can get by yourself. My only issues: 1) I had a number of samples to return and couldn't quite figure out which one to get. Called to ask, but was on hold for longer than 15 minutes each time. So I guessed. 2) It took at least a week for me to receive it over email, which may eat into your return time. Am hoping they can track that.

The rug was beautiful. It was
well made, and very plush.
Unfortunately the colors didn't
work for me. On the computer,
the thicker pile looks almost
cream colored. When I
received the carpet the colors
are identical, only the pile was
higher to create the pattern. If
this is the color you are looking
for, I loved the quality of the
carpet.

The plastic wrap was not long enough to fit the rug in. I had to wrap a trash bag at one of the ends to completely cover the rug. They needed to send a longer piece.
