I ordered, 15 days went by, no contact or confirmation from Rugs USA. I called and got the "it takes 8- 10 days to process", past that. Finally 18 days later the rugs arrived. No explanation from company. They are wool and shed. Color is true to picture. I would not buy these again, but they will do in a master closet. My last 2 orders were the same and this leads me to believe that customer service needs improving!

We purchased this rug for our rental condo and have been very happy with it. We like the funky design with the cobblestones and the colors match our interior paint color nicely. The rug colors shown are pretty representative of the actual product. The dimensions are also accurate. The rug is very soft and comfortable to walk on. We have seen some comments about wool rugs shedding but we have not experienced that as yet since this is a new purchase. The backing on this rug is great because it does not allow for sliding on carpet. Overall, we are pleased with this rug!

Great rug! Just got it and was worried that the background would be light on the "natural" rug, but it matched the picture and has a dark background. The name is a bit misleading, but go with what you see in the picture. Some of the stones are kinda big, but still look good from afar. Very unique, just wish I could have got the huge size one.

I was delighed with the carpet. I am using it for something very different not on my floor. using it as a front on bar the carpet matches the field stone fireplace in the living room. the workmanship on this carpet is so wonderful and the colors are grand. As soon as I can I will try and send you a picture of the bar.. Even the workman putting up the carpet is surprised at the quality of the carpet.

Love this design. Very unique. Have gotten many compliments on it. It is very durable and heavy. However, there is one con. It sheds a lot. I am constantly vacuuming it. It sheds very fine hairs and the vacuum fills up very fast. Sometimes I have to empty the vacuum canister multiple times in the same vacuuming session. I have had it for several months and it is still shedding a lot. If you are willing to put up with the shedding and the vacuuming, you will love unique rug! I still like the look of the rug and it fits well in my office decor. It took me awhile to find it and I'm not giving it up. I am using it in a business office not at home. Also, I am laying it over carpet not on hardwood. I don't think that has anything to do with the shedding but just thought I would add in that fact. It has also not been in high traffic use. Maybe if it got more use it would shed less.

this is a very well made rug. it's thick and sits beautifully. it does shed, but that is to be expected with wool. the color was as shown on the website. one thing that is NOT shown is how incut the sides are. the cuts are 2-8 inches deep.it is a very different rug, which i wanted to spice up our boring living room (black leather, wood tables, dark walls). i love this rug. my husband, on the other hand, thinks it's too unusual...

DONT USE A BEATER BAR TO VACUME!! JUST USE YOUR FLAT (NO BRUSH) ATTACHMENT. Not Pebbles more like STONES... 18", 12" 7" I expected pebbles (smaller) but look ok Beware of size of stones. Well made. Love the stone rim look around the rug. But they should of told how large the (pebbles) were. Look great online pic but once its in the door very different.

I would recomend this rug but it is not like the picture. They are not pebbles they are more like bolders.I expected smaller stones but it is not portrade as that. The stones larger than pictured some are 19" 14" 5" it is not a pebble rug more like a large stone rug. I did not like it at first but put it under the couch and coffee table seemed to cut it down and served purpose rather than sending it back. As far as shedding in other reviews (don't use a beater bar) regular vacuum will do just fine. Very cushiony and soft to walk on. I got the dark grey against a rustic black wood floor. So far it is looking good to me now. Just wish it was "PEBBLES" NOT "ROCKS". I do like the no edging and the rock look on the border - very different. More so than the picture. Very elaborate rock protrusions. Very well made. Don't need the under no slip sheet they try to sell you. Just go anywhere and get a couple sheets cheep like Ocean State if you need it. I did not since the couch holds it down just fine. Soft fiber on backing not a coarse hard fiber. Just be sure it is not "pebbles" It is large rocks in the pattern. Enjoy!

I bought this Rug in Grey..not the Brown you have in the picture beside this review..it also came in Natural...I am very happy with the rug...the price..the delivery...It was however hard to buy sight unseen...I did not expect so much browns and beiges..as I was leaning toward blacks and frets...but the grey was the right choice for me and actually the browns will make it more useful...I relied heavily on the reviews to make my choice...however I also bought a small black leather rug...which is very ugly and it would cost more to ship it back then keep it..and if I had liked it by the front door...you can't open the door over it..bad choice...so all in all you take a chance..if you had free returns...then it would be perfect...so I am a pretty satisfyed custumer..other then the small rug!

I ordered this rug and by the way I have already done a review..but I would like the 20% off that you are offering me...so I will do it again...I am very happy with this rug..the price was good..the delivery was good...however it is difficult to order sight unseen...I ordered the grey...not the Brown picture here..there were more browns and beiges...then I expected...but the natural had a dark brown background..and I wanted it to go with black and also that it goes with brown is also good...I think the grey was the best to choose for the room I was using it in...though I also Love the Brown with the greens..so the reviews were what I relied on..to help...so yes I'm happy with my new rug..

We purchased the rug in 'grey'. After reading the reviews, we expected the colors in person to be off from the images on the website (I looked at the images on both my laptop and iPad and the colors were pretty close on both screens). So-two of the colors are shades of grey-one is a medium grey and the other is closer to charcoal grey. One of the stone colors is more like a tan-ish color than a grey shade. And another stone color strikes us as a blue-grey but the blue is fairly prominent. The background is more of an ivory/off-white color. There is slight color variation within each stone, but makes it look more like a stone? At first, I wasn't sure if I liked that but my husband seems to think it makes the stones look more realistic... Since we knew to expect the color variation, we were pretty happy with the rug. If you expect the rug to look EXACTLY like the images on the website, you will be disappointed! It is thick and well-made. We've had wool rugs before and know that they shed, I expect a good 1-2 months of shedding with regular vacuuming (every other day) before all the loose fibers are out. It is not super soft like some synthetic fiber rugs, it has a bit of roughness to it like a strong wool fiber has. We need that sort of fiber to withstand the heavy traffic area this rug will have to hold up to. Our other wool rug is actually still looking pretty good after a couple years but I just wanted a change, this rug is more unique and I think some of our guests will notice it is something a little different.

Color of rug is just as shown in picture (I'm hesitant about ordering from the Internet because things sometimes are not the same color when they arrive). I like the fact that the edges are shaped like pebbles. This makes the rug's look unique and adds interest to my familty room (I'm decoratnig with a nature theme.)This is a wool rug and does shed, but I expericed the shedding from another expensive wool rug that I have and know that it is normal for the loose fiber to shed for awhile. I've had the rug for two two weeks now and so far I love it. I also was very happy with your company's service and have already mentioned it to serveral freinds and an interior designer.

Purchase this rug in brown. Very cool rug. Surprisingly plush. However, colors in person are NOT true to the picture. Bought mainly for the green to tie in with my wall color. The green is very dark, almost olive not a lighter green as pictured here. Bought it at 50% on here at RUGSUSA. Had I paid full price for this item, I would have been cranky and returned it. NICE product otherwise. This is my third rug purchase and have been very happy with the quality of their products and the speed of delivery. A+

Thhe rug arrived in good order, well wrapped. It's fun and well made and fits where I've put it. The one disappointment for me is that the stones that look like they are blue-ish in the picture are not, they are in fact darkish gray. The lightest stones are off white/cream color. I like the rug and quality just fine, had just hoped for that blue in the rug to bring out other blue in the room. I'm adjusting.

On the website it appears to have a dark gray to black back ground with gray and tan pebbles (this is the color called "natural"). The actual rug is brown with cream and tan pebbles. I am returning it and ordering the gray color.

Sturdy, wool rug. But don't let "wool" fool you. It's soft and cushy. Feels great to walk on. Weight is great. Despite the raise nature of the "pebbles", cleaning is easy. As with any rug like this, it does shed some. Not an issue at all.

It's a beautiful rug, the only problem is that fuzzies collect between the pebbles. If you have cats that knead you might not want to get this because pieces of the rug come out!

This rug was a perfect addition to my computer room which has a nature theme. The pattern and colors were almost identical to the photo on the web site. I got the natural version. It looks so much like an outdoor stone walkway. I can easily brush out by hand the indentations that my computer chair makes on the rug. Have had it about a month now. Very little piling unlike other reviews mentioned there was. Easy to Vac as I can set mine to different heights. Love the plush thickness to it. Packaging was superior! A thick outer bag sealed in the additional inner bag that the rug was in. Fast delivery. Very satisfied with purchase. Would definitely recommend it and RugsUSA

I really love this rug! It's nice and thick so it feels good on bare feet. I love how the rug's edges aren't straight, but that the edges are curved like stones. Really neat rug.

This rug is high quality. Very dense, thick and cushy to the bare feet. It looks awesome in my guest bedroom, which is decorated with a moose/lodge theme. It looks like river rocks!

This rug far exceeded expectations. It is beautiful, and the colors (I got it in natural) were well represented on my screen. It is high quality, thick wool - a great place for little ones to play, though I haven't had any spots to remove yet. It was more expensive than some of the synthetic/ machine made options but worth it. If you can get a promotional price (and free shipping!) it definitely can't be beat.

This rug is very unique with the stepping stones having a 3D effect. The pile on the stones is higher than the carpet field. It gives a touch of nature to my room. The field is dark brown which matches well with dark brown leathers. I love the rolling edge that follows the stone edges. I have seen this rug in big box stores, but in only a single color. RugsUSA had it in multiple colors and I saved a good amount of money. It shipped quickly (and for free). I definitely recommend this rug as the pattern livens up a room without overpowering it.
