It is a nice rug for the price. It is thinner than I like, but I kept it anyway. The quaility is average. The colors aren't as vibrant as other rugs I've seen.

I purchased a 4x6 and a runner about 3x8 or 10, in the same pattern. I absolutely LOVE them!! The colors are exactly as illustrated and they look beautiful in my home. I highly recommend Rugs USA to anyone.

Buyer beware. The Noble 1318 rug I received was defective - the pile could be pulled out with hardly any effort.

We were surprised to see that the colors represented on the web site were almost exactly what we got! Although not an expensive rug and the fact that it is machine made, we are very happy with the quality.

This is a very nice rug. We didn't bother with a pad. The rug is thick enough to just lay out on a hardwood floor. It also arrived quickly.

I had hardwood floors installed and wanted something to help set off the beauty of the wood. I bought the runner for the entryway first. I was so impressed with the color and quality of the product that I purchased a matching rug for the living room. Needless to say, it's the perfect complement for my new floors.

Although the first rug that was delivered was flawed, I called customer service and it was picked up the next day and a replacement arrived within 2 additional days. My experience with Customer Service was excellent! The rug is beautiful and was better than I expected. I would certainly purchase again from RugsUSA if I have a need.

I ordered 2 rugs. One was a runner and the other a 3x5 (roughly) that matched the runner. Both confirmed on the order and then I got a message that both shipped. However, i only got the runner. I called and asked about the larger rug and was told it was on back order. I have not received it!! This review again asked about both rugs! I am very concerned that no one is looking out to ensure I get the 2nd rug. I do not need the runner without the other rug. It was VERY important that I got both rugs at the same time as I have my house up for sale and wanted to replace my current rugs to new better looking ones. The runner is in my garage, unable to be used as it does not match the 3x5 I currently have. I love the runner! and am very excited about getting the 2nd rug. Just wish it would get here NOW! If the house sells before I get the 2nd rug I will most likely return the runner and cancel the 2nd rug as I will not need them and cannot use one without the other. See what you can do to get the second rug to me quickly so I can rate your company highly!!!(and can hopefully sell my house quicker!!)
