Beware of purchasing this
product, the rug has an
INTENSELY sickening chemical,
foul odor, I am telling you
that airing it out for three
days reduced the odor slightly
but you can literally smell it
from 2 houses away. Something
is very wrong, toxic
chemicals? Also, it is very
heavy, I got the 4x6 and fed
ex gave an estimate of close
to $75.00 to return the item,
so be careful, when you buy
something this big/heavy on
line and IF you need to return
it, it can be Very costly.

A thicker, more substantial
rug than I expected. Lots of
deep texture yet feels good
under bare feet. I have not
tried washing mine yet so I
can't speak to wash-ability
but it is reversible and
inexpensive enough to just
replace. I hope they expand
this product line to include a
real blue and larger sizes.

thick, weighty, and the colors

over ceramic tile and hard
wood, and I don't need a thick
rug pad underneath them, just
a rug grip pad. Arrived in
good time, although UPS
dragged them to my door upon

plastic wrap and getting the
6x9 rug very dirty in one
spot. Genius, UPS. Overall,
great quality and price when
on sale at RugsUSA. Also good
cust svc, as I had to call
since the rug pad I had also
ordered did not arrive after
3+ weeks. It was on backorder,
possibly for months, as I came
to learn, and I was able to

I've had my soft green rag rug
for only a few weeks, but so
far I'm extremely pleased with
it. It's easy to clean with a
stick vacuum -- not so much
power that it pulls up the
loops but enough to get up the
dirt -- and so far my cats
haven't clawed at it either.
The rug is a good quality; the
color is true to the depiction
on the website; and it is
thick enough not to skid
around. The fringe is a bit
skimpy, but I could have done
without the fringe anyway. So
far, I have no negatives to
report.

great. It has the look of a
jute rug but since it is
cotton it isn't scratchy and
should be easier to clean. My

After 3 weeks our rag in blue has held up very well. We have used it both inside and out with litle fading. Washing is also been rather easy although on the larger sizes a lot more difficult.

The most attractive features about this rug for me were - 100% cotton and washable. With a dog at home and a casual lifestyle, I loved the fact that I could pop it into the washing machine and clean it.
We followed the instructions - washed it gentle and with cold water. Dried it out in the sun, flat.
It shrank by 10 inches lengthwise!!
I called RugsUSA and they told me there's nothing they can do about it. They have a 30 day warranty. Would you wash a rug within 30 days of buying it? What is the warranty for?
I have a rug underlay and it shows several inches. I have to cut away at the underlay everytime I wash the rug.
