Retail stores have such
limited selections and sizes,
especially when a person is
looking for a specific look.
Item was exactly as described
and delivered on date as

We purchased this as a
replacement for a rug in our
kitchen however we were very
disappointed.
The rug was made of nylon and
acted as a magnet for lint,
cat hair, dog hair, you name
it. We had it down on the
floor in the kitchen for only
day before deciding it was not
suitable. Who needs a rug
that requires cleaning every day.
We have no complaints with
Rugs USA. It was our fault
for choosing an inexpensive rug.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were so disappointed with
this rug that we went ahead
and spent the $14.00 to return
it (after having only spent
$68 to buy it!) The colors
are accurate, which is the
only positive thing we can say
about it. The runner was
supposed to grace our
apartment entry hall, but the
quality was such that it would
not have even graced our
kitchen. It is thin, stiff,
more like an indoor/outdoor
type surface.
Not to sound like a grouch,
the customer service was
excellent, the delivery time
was prompt and other items
were sent separately when
ready, which was a plus. We
also purchased another runner
which we are tremendously
pleased with and would order
again.
We do suggest, however, that
returns be a bit less costly.
This was a runner and the
return mailing charges seemed
excessive for a customer to
cover. It would prompt us to
be more likely to order from
RugsUSA again if, in the
unusual case that a product
does not live up to its
description, the return
process were less expensive.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

of the Prarie Star match up
with these on the Eagle
Canyon. As I wrote on my other
review, I absolutely love
these rugs! We bought them in
2004 and have yet to even make
wear marks in them.
