I used these on 32 stairs to
attach the runners to carpet.
Had them over 3 yrs. The
bottom and top treads slip,
but the rest are still secure.
Good product; ordering more.

I've bought this before and used it under carpet treads on my hardwood stairs. These stairs are used often and not one has come off yet. I also used this under a rug by my bed, not a big deal but it is the rug my 75lb dog jumps to from the bed and it hasn't moved an inch. Despite how well it grips, it cleans up easily.

I used this backing to install carpet treads on hardwood stairs all over my house. They work wonderfully - my treads have not budged, even with heavy kid & dog traffic. Easy to use - just cut to size and set in place. It's also easy to remove the tread, clean it, and stick it on again.
