The design of this lamp is
beautiful. The ceramic seems
very thick and sturdy, and the
birds and floral pattern are
nicely painted.
In all other respects,
however, the workmanship is
horrible. I bought two of
these lamps, and the ceramic
orb on one was so poorly glued
to its base that it was
completely lopsided. I
couldn't fix it, so now I have
to buy two new finials so that
they match.
On the other lamp, the portion
representing the "lid" of the
jar was joined to the bottom
off-center, so it looks
horrible from either side.
As if that weren't enough, the
lamps came with no packing
slip, so I'm still trying to
figure out how I could send
them back!
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
